Witam,
Wykonalem zlecenie dla bulgarskiej firmy (tlumaczenie napisow do filmu), ale jako ze jest to moje pierwsze tlumaczeie dla zagranicznej firmy, nie orientuje sie w kilku dosc istotnych sprawach. Prosilbym o pomoc.
Otrzymalem nastepujacy mail:
"Please send us your bank details for transfer the payment.
And please let us know your opinion of following tax situation:
According to the our fiscal legislation we have to deduct 15% from the... See more Witam,

Otrzymalem nastepujacy mail:
"Please send us your bank details for transfer the payment.
And please let us know your opinion of following tax situation:
According to the our fiscal legislation we have to deduct 15% from the total
sum which we pay to you.
According to the International agreement against double taxation we could
avoid this tax if you send us a residence certificate issued by the fiscal
authorities of your country and other documents /which I'll send you/.
In this case the variants are the following:
1.You have to send me the documents and we will submit them to our taxadmin.
After their approval we will deduct only 5% or 0%.
2.You have not to send me these documents,we deduct 15% and send you the
document /issued by our taxadmin./ about that the tax has already been paid
in Bulgaria.
But your tax administration will admit only 5% tax."
Oczywistym jest, ze nie usmiecha mi sie placic 15% podatku. Jednak nie jestem pewien jak tego uniknac. Rozumiem, ze musze wyslac dokument potwierdzajacy to ze mieszkam w Polsce, ale co, skad, gdzie - po prostu sie nie orientuje.
Czyli: do jakiego urzedu bym musial isc i o co konkretnie poprosic?

Oni nie tyle potrzebuja zaswiadczenia, że mieszkasz w Polsce, co za¶wiadczenia o Twojej rezydencji podatkowej w Polsce. Na Twoim miejscu poszłabym do Urzędu Skarbowego i sprzedała im swój kłopot - to oni s± specjalistami od takich spraw, i oni powinni takie za¶wiadczenie wydać. W za¶wiadczeniu powinno być czarno na białym, że płacisz tutaj podatki od tłumaczeń.
Choć faktem jest, że mój US jest jednym z najbardziej przyjaznych w RP, inne s± gorsze. Spróbować zawsze w... Wyraźnie napisali, że ma to być z Urzędu Skarbowego.

Iza, dziekuje za rade, okazalo sie, ze moj Urzad Skarbowy tez potrafi pomoc. Najwidoczniej bulgarska ksiegowa nie za bardzo sie orientowala w sytuacji, bo wedlug umowy miedzy naszymi krajami nie jest wazne ile podatku zaplace w Bulgarii, u nas bede musial zaplacic roznice. Czyli nie ma sensu bawic sie w wysylanie zaswiadczenia. Przynajmniej tak mi powiedziano. Bede mial pewnosc, gdy otrzymam przelew i dokumenty. ;>
