Taka formułka oznacza, że zainteresowanym jest sam pracownik, którego zaświadczenie dotyczy.

"upon request" raczej oznacza "na żądanie" (czyjekolwiek).

Jeśli mam rację, to proponuję zmienić na " ...issued at the request of the employee".

"Employee" jest kolejnym problemem, bo w moim tekście pasuje. Gdzie indzi... See more
