Like several others, I find cooking some really nice food a good way to move away from the life of the mind. Other practical pursuits, such as drawing, or making something (knitting, weaving...). I generally use my free time to get out and about and spend time with my husband and friends, including going on walks together. If it is very late at night, then it will be supper with my husband and tv. | | |
Going to gym 3 times a week. When I lift 75 kilos on my shoulders 15 times, I no longer care about anything else, my mind becomes perfectly purified ))). Also music, computer games, books, walk in the park and many other things... | |
