Most of my clients are in France, so it may be the Euro crisis kicking in. Has anyone else had a quiet month this month?
Though I'm always busy enough because fortunately I have regular ongoing work, I've had fewer offers than usual this month from other customers. My clients are nearly all in Spain.

I must say that 2011 is better than ever before.
Dec 29, 2011
Though I don't have an exact picture of 2011 yearly revenue yet (it is my wife's business), I must say that 2011 is better than ever before, not just in the revenue, but more important in the client base and further improvement in the translation quality. I have raised the charge greatly and able to be more selective on target clients. Just hours ago, I was informed by a potential client that its in-house reviewer is very happy with my test. According to the client, they are fine with relatively higher price with a great translator. That is great, high price for high quality. That is the way my business is running. For the upcoming years, I will focus on highly selected clients only. I will compose a detailed year-end review soon to say goodbye to 2011 and hello to 2012.
All the best wishes to colleagues.
