Pour introduire la saison estivale, nous organisons un pique-nique entre traducteurs (accompagnés, si vous le souhaitez, de compagnes, compagnons, maris, femmes, enfants, chiens, chats...).
Ce sera à la Prairie des Filtres à Toulouse, le mardi 8 juillet à partir de 19h. Chacun amène quelque chose à boire et à manger, que nous partagerons.
Nous serons proches de la buvette qui se trouve au centre de la prairie et nous mettrons une affiche SFT* pour être visibles.
Si vous avez besoin d’un pied-à-terre pour la nuit, n’hésitez pas à demander, nous ferons le nécessaire.
Venez nombreux, c'est une occasion de se réunir, d'échanger, de papoter traduction....

Hi Lakshmi,
is this a powwow? If so, I think you'd be better off posting the event on the powwow page where we can all see it. I don't think anyone was expecting an event like this to be hidden in a "powwow organisers" forum

Hi Rod,
I did post the invite on the powwow page yesterday and was sent this link:
but as it still hadn't shown up on the powwow page this morning - and as the picnic's scheduled for next Tuesday! - I thought I'd post a forum thread to make sure people see it.
Either the powwow hasn't been approved yet or I did something wrong: it's my first attempt at organising a powwow. Have sent off a support request and hopefully the invite will feature on the powwow page soon.
Meanwhile, I hope you'll join us on Tuesday. I was very tempted by that last canoeing powwow you organised but unfortunately couldn't make it: sounds like everyone had a blast! I'll be there for sure next time. It'd be great to meet up before then though if you can make it Tuesday.

Thanks ever so much Rod: I'm so glad you can make it, look forward to meeting you too! Hope we have a good turnout, it's just an opportunity to get together and chew the fat. FWIW, I'm planning on bringing a couple of Lot specialities: 'saucisses de canard' and some good Cahors wine. Vive le sud-ouest!

Le line fonctionne - mais la liste des pow wow n'est pas encore à jour

Le lien permet bien de voir le pow wow proposé mais par contre quand on regarde la liste des pow wow (onglet communauty/powwows) par pays il n'apparaît pas.
Ce serait aussi une bonne idée de mettre l'invitation en français sur le French Forum - ainsi il sera vu par tous les francophones.
Hélas, je ne pourrais pas être des vôtres ... je suis un peu trop loin !
