Dear Colleagues, Could anyone share experience regarding upgrade to platinum. On January 4 I\'ve sent money by credit card to upgrade to platinum, and get nothing at all. How long it took you to upgrade? By the way I sent inquiry to tech support, and no answer. Is it usual procedure? What for these advertisements about platinum membership? | | |

(paid by credit card on Jan 1st and no news by Jan 3rd) Mailed to Henry\'s private mail and forwarded him the transaction approval I had got by e-mail from Proz. Within hours the problem was solved. Hope these tips help you solve yours!

I upgraded to Platinum on January 4th with my credit card too and although I\'ve received a receipt, my membership has yet to be upgraded on the site.
I\'m going to take Monica\'s advice and write to Henry.

We are able to accept credit card payments for upgrades, but the membership level is not being updated automatically (as it was before). We intend to fix this today.

I renewed on December 31st, thought that I was OK, and then I saw that my membership renewal didn\'t show on the site either. My Browniz had been taken off, the credit card paypal payment showed that it had gone through too, but no more platinum under my name. I hope that it will be taken care of today. I\'ve had the same problem and have yet to hear from Proz. I did this deal in conjunction with my purchase of Trados and have not heard a thing from Proz. Will they answer me? [email protected]

If you have a problem, what you should do is submit a Support Request - posting in a forum is one thing (and as you can see by Henry\'s post above, ProZ.com staff do read the forums), but the proper way to report a problem is to send a Support Request. | | |

I paid with my Visa on Jan 6th. Since my profile was not updated I wrote a message to Henry the same day and am still waiting for his reply. Yesterday, following the advise to write to the Support Request I sent a message to them with zero feedback. Which door do I knock next???????? It\'s really annoying. | | |

I\'m sure you have seen Henry\'s comments about ProZ.com\'s problems with their credit card service provider.
You should also be aware that ProZ isn\'t a huge organisation - but rest assured, in my experience they\'re following up each Service Request submitted through the web form. It might just take a few days. | |
