In addition to VAT-numbers, I feel it's an incredibly good idea to have a special box where we can list as much business information as possible, including payment terms being 30 days net and that our EU-regulations apply for charging interest for late payments. This is especially important in this translation business where late payments, unfortunately, are the rule rather than the exception.
