Hello Jespa,
I have checked your profile, and found you couldn't update your fields of expertise because you have checked the "I choose not to enter my specialty fields at this time" option in your Profile Updater. To be able to edit your fields of expertise, you should un-check that option and save and update your profile.
By the way, you can always submit a support request if you need assistance on ProZ.com. You can do so from the Support Center, accessible from the About tab.
Best regards,

I can't update my profile , because I do not know how to. I tried to copy and paste my recent translation, but it's not in the box.
I browse my Cv and saved and it's not there. So, I got to a conclusion that i am doing something wrong.
Concerned to the entries, I can't mentioned any outsource, because I am new in this site and I can't mentioned anybody.
I really need help amd I'd really appreciate if you can do so. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. | | | |

Hello cristinamarinho,
You should be able to add sample translations to your profile here. Just complete every field ("Add a new translation" and "Title") and then copy the sample of your translation from you PC and paste it in the "Source text" and "Target text" boxes. Notice that if you do not complete the required fields, your samples will not be saved. Finally, click on "Add translation" and then on "Save and update profile" at the bottom of the Profile updater page.
As for your CV, you may upload it in different formats and languages here. Select the language in which your CV is written in the 'CV/Resume' section and then click the "Browse" button to search your computer's file system for the document you wish to upload. Once you have chosen the document, click the "Submit" button. Remember to click on "Save and update profile" at the bottom of the page to save the changes. Also, make sure your CV file is in .txt, .pdf, .doc, .docx, or .rtf format, and is no larger than 250 KB. The file may take a few minutes to become visible since the site uses multiple webservers to handle user traffic. However, if your CV does not become visible or accessible from your profile, please submit a support request and attach a copy of your CV so that support staff can look into the issue further.
Finally, when you mention entries I assume you are referring to WWA feedback entries, right? (please correct me if I'm wrong). Just remember that you can request WWA feedback entries from outsourcers that are not listed at ProZ.com. All they need to do is create a profile and follow the steps for submitting WWA feedback. You can start requesteing feedback from outsourcers that are not listed at ProZ.com here. Give it a try and contact support staff if you need further assistance.
Hope this helps!
Regards,

Hello,
when I select Trados as a CAT tool in my profile, the SDL Certification tab will only let me select one certification type.
To give an example, I am Trados 2007 level 3 certified and I am also certified for Studio 2009 for project managers. However, I am only allowed select one of these two certification types at a time.
Could somebody take a look at this minor bug please?
Thank you. | | | |

Hi Bianca,
Would you mind providing me with a copy of your CV file attached to a support request? I will see to upload it again for you and make sure it becomes accessible.
Thanks in advance.
