Yes, it is unacceptable, especially because that member\'s profile is empty (it was probably set up for that specific purpose). Send a support request and report this member.

I don't see any support requests on this or similar from you Aug 20, 2009

Hello France-Japon,

I do not see any previous or current support requests from you reporting spam. Spam reports are taken seriously by staff, and, when reported, appropriate action is taken.

Note that you do not even need to take the time to submit a support request on this type of abuse. In emails sent to you through your profile, there will be a "Report spam" link at the bottom. Clicking on this link will automatically generate a support request in your name which contains all the information staff need to take action.

Best regards,

Jared

Emails received from my own email address Jan 14, 2010

Today, I received several emails from myself (!) offering me jobs, loans and all sorts of other rubbish. This, I believe, is called 'email spoofing' and is extremely infuriating, not only to myself but also to others that may know me and receive such emails. Does anyone out there know how to put a stop to it?
