Not on UTC... Mar 30, 2004

Hi,
The time shown on ProZ.com is GMT - there's no daylight savings time for GMT (nowadays known as UTC - Universal Time Coordinate). In effect, CET has just moved from UTC+1 to UTC+2.

This is also explained in the FAQ.

HTH, Ralf

GMT does not adjust for summer or daylight savings time Mar 30, 2004

Dear Dinny,

All site times are in GMT, which does not change for summer time or daylight savings time.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Jason

Oh! Mar 30, 2004

Just saw the time... didn't notice the "GMT".... ehm, has been a heavy day... am I excused?

Anyway, it IS "summer time" ... so could we please have AT LEAST some SPRING????

(I've never experienced such a harsh winter in Italy like this one!)

Welcome to Finland Mar 31, 2004

Snow's melting everywhere fast. Some places are even bare already!
Try to hold out till June, whem I'm going to make holidays in Toscany. Weather will be great than, as usually on my journeys.
