Dear community!

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who contributed and supported me in successfully completing the medicine job I struggled with the day before yesterday by providing suggestions and peer-grading. I was under enormous time pressure, did not exactly meet the deadline and, therefore, had to offer the client a discount to calm him down but, luckily, safed the major part of the amount agreed. Without you, I wouldn\'t have been able to do so and the whole thing would have turned into a disaster.

Special thanks to (not to be seen as a ranking by valuableness of contribution):

Serge L.

Jacek Krankowski

Pschmitt

Klaus Dorn

Genevieve von Levetzow

eli

Volkmar Hallmann-Hirantner

Steffen Walter

Nina Berger

Gitta Schlemme

Georg Finsterwald

Tanja Wohlgemuth

Detlef

Sergey Luzan

Olaf Leichssenring

Thomas Blasejewicz

Thilo Santl

Marion Bonner.

Excuse me if I forgot to mention one or the other, I just can\'t exactly recall all the contributors.

Some of you may have wondered why I took a job related to medicine and pharmacology although it\'s not my area at all. The point is that it first came along as a product marketing text and the sample text to be translated as a test did not give any reason to suppose that it would go that deeply into medical terminology (latin terms for diseases, organs etc. which I had never heard of before).

If you would like to verify, here\'s the URL:

Once again, many thanks for the tremendous efforts to all of you.

In particuar after this, I cannot but agree with the statement made by one of the peers in this forum:

\"Proz is great!\"

Let\'s keep this spirit!

Hope to be able to help you out the other day, in return.

Salem

and thanks for attention

Steffen

Maybe it will become one of your areas of expertise? Jun 27, 2002

There is always a first time! (Also for coming to a Warsaw powwow you have just missed for a second time...)

It's really a pity... Jun 27, 2002

[Agree, Jacek!

Very much would I admire to visit Warsaw to get to know all of you. But, for the time being, it\'s just not possible on short notice. By the end of the year, I guess, I will relocate somewhere closer to Poland, and then it will be easier. I would also appreciate to investigate about some guys I studied and lived with in Moscow at the time. Would it be a tough job to find them, should they live in Warsaw? Their names are Grzegosz Mackowski, Marek Muszinski, Dariusz Potenga and Arek Skowron. Not sure even about the right spelling, but I am sure there are dozens with such names in Warsaw, right?]

Take care

Steffen
