BARTER proposal: Reciprocal translation checking (Ru-En,En-Ru)

Hello Forum members,

I am a native Russian, therefore it is easy

for me to translate from English into Russian (any areas), but sometimes it\'s not so easy for Ru-En orders.

I suggest a barter for native English

translators:

I shall check/proof-read your En-Ru translations and

You will check/proof-read my Ru-En translations.

No payment - just word-for-word barter.

Being "THE BEST", why do you propose it? :-) Jul 1, 2002

Everyone could C on your page that U R \"THE BEST\" and provide \"only super-high quality translation\". Therefore it is not 2 clear what R the reasons 4 that exchange suggested in your posting? An additional question: who knows definitely that the rule (2 write \"I\" always as capital) has already been abolished (or simply is extinct)?

I would not require any reply and thus would like to thank U in advance,

Tagir.

TOPIC STARTER
I offered cooperation, but not mutual criticizing... Jul 1, 2002

My dear Tagir,

Why did You (sic! not \"U\" as you wrote) reply me if You don\'t need

cooperation and just wanted to criticize me?

Thank You for your remark regarding my typo

(\"i\". Don\'t You know that a phrase like \"THE BEST\" is just standard advertising trick,

or should I suppose that You envy, that I am \"THE BEST\" and You are (hence)not the best?

Ok, write in your profile that You are

\"THE BEST of THE BEST\" - I ensure you, that I shall not envy...

I appreciate your reply once again; now I know the translator with whom

I shall not cooperate in any case.
