Got it through the Proz e-mail system, despite my e-mail address being big on my profile. Says that she's based in the USA, has an English name, but is blatantly not a native. We have corresponded and reached an agreement, but I'm not sure if it's a non-payer.

Why don't you check the BB? Nov 11, 2005

And if this person/company is not listed there, why don't you create a record and trigger 'call for entries'?

And a reminder: it s NOT allowed to discuss outsourcers on the fora. Blue Board is the right place to look for information.
