I am trying to see at the website of a certain translation agency, and when I click on : see XXX website - it opens my own profile...

Anybody knows what is going on?

Website entered incorrectly Sep 17, 2002

It means that the agency has entered their website address incorrectly. Your own profile page is the default on ProZ, so you get sent to your page because the address is invalid.



If you hover over the link to their website, you should see the address in the bottom line of your internet browser. You may be able to work out what the address is meant to be

It usually means they forgot to enter *http://* Sep 17, 2002

You can contact Jason at Proz, he can fix it for the agency. This happened to me before and when I contacted the agency, they had no clue why this was happening.



Jason told me what happened once I contacted him....



Just use the *get support* link in the platinum member services. (since you are Platinum also)
