Kudoz comment duplication

When I go back to Kudoz and wish to add a comment to something I wrote earlier, the comment appears twice. As it had happened before, I was careful NOT to press the \'Add\' button twice. See below:

Reloading the page causes the note to be added again. Be sure not to reload the page just after you have submitted.
