I\'ve completed a job but it doesn\'t show on my profile page

On Jan 18th I responded to a job offer (EN>PL Patient Informed Consent Document; job # 17499) by contacting the outsourcer directly through e-mail. I did the job in time and the outsourcer was pleased with it. I asked him to report this to ProZ but nothing happened. Maybe he didn\'t know what to do? I\'d like to know what the job completion procedure is about but I\'d prefer not to bother the outsourcer.
