Two instances of this today, both Russian-English questions.
The first one (not sent via KudoZ.NET) is www.proz.com/kudoz/549752. The notification email came in the form of a four-digit encoding for each Cyrillic letter. On the KudoZ page, it was correctly encoded and came out in Cyrillic characters, but was cut off half-way through a word, ending in the characters "".

The second is www.proz.com/kudoz/549866 which was sent through KudoZ.NET. The email appeared in Outlook Express Inbox as a series of question marks, but the message itself was correctly encoded and complete. However, on the KudoZ page, it was not complete, broke off in the middle of a word and ended in a capital P (or R, if it was still in Cyrillic, but still wrong even if it was). ▲ Collapse
