I understood that you can upgrade your membership if you have 6000 BrowniZ. Whenever I try, the form states that I have no BrowniZ and requests a credit card no. or some other form of payment. I thought this worked automatically. How can I transfer my BrowniZ into the Upgrade form? I tried writing to technical support, but so far no reaction. Can anyone help? Thank you!

Jason sent me an e-mail explaining the whole process. I had heard so many horror stories on the slowness of technical support! And I received a reply relatively quick, so ... Thank you!

While I have no doubt you were experiencing some technical problems (luckily those have been fixed already), I\'d like to make it clear that upgrading one\'s membership is in no way subject to them points earned.

It is merely a question of paying the annual fee (or not), that\'s all.

Platinum = USD 60 + 6000 BrowniZ (at least that\'s what it says there...)

Yes, the premium + 6000 = Platinum works. Obviously it is not possible to upgrade just with BrowniZ, but if you buy the premium membership for 60$, you can upgrade to platinum with 6000 BrowniZ.
