is there a bug in "pro/non-pro reclassification"

I notice this page states I reclassified a question as "pro," when in fact I didn't do any such thing:
http://www.proz.com/kudoz/1423753

I have noticed my name before appearing in the list of answerers voting for reclassification, but I have never used that function.

Is this a bug?
