Can't submit support request

Hi,
I am unable to submit support request. I can type in the matter and click submit but then nothing happens... I've tried several times in past one month and same problem. So all I can do is write in Forum.

I wanted to submit a support request today as I received several Notification for one Kudoz question... Strange but at least 20 notifications of the same question...

Please look into the matter.

Hi Ritu,
The first response when you submit a Support Request is a list of FAQ entries which might answer your query - if those don't help, you need to submit a second time.

Thanks for your immediate response. Only this does not help really.

Actually, nothing happens when I press submit. Nothing at all.

Same screen stares back at me... no change at all... at times I've stayed there for long time waiting for this to happen... but... nothing...

It's been like this ever since I became a Platinum Member.

I'd posted a thread in this forum earlier in August... but no action was taken... and...

Please look into the matter.
