the new design appears to be heavier

Hi!
the pages load slower and take time. This may be due to so many other components that have been added lately like localising into extra more languages etc., This is currently only my feeling. I have a stop watch on the table and can check both designs while switching to and fro. Best regards, Brandis

Preferred language pairs

I love the new design. As for the preferred language pairs, I can confirm that these settings do not stick. Well, let me clarify. If you do not click the "KudoZ leaders" link on the side they will stick, but if you click the "KudoZ leaders" link and then come back to the main page the settings will be changed back to "All pairs" and you have to click the "Your prefs" link again.

Hi! I am not part of the site staff or anything, but observations from different locations are certainly interesting. The new design is still new and may need many customising improvements, so that all are happy again as in the old days. Best regards, Brandis

Liliana, as I understand it the new design is available to platinum members only while they're ironing out all the bugs. I assume they'll then make it an option for everyone.
