Hi Eleni,

There must be some mistake, as you are a member and are supposed to receive it. If you submit a support ticket you will soon get the newsletter.

What is a support ticket? How do I submit one? I am relatively new to Proz (full member for 1 1/2 month) so there is still a lot for me to learn...

Go to the "About" tab (upper right corner of all ProZ pages) and select "Support". Then click on "Submit support ticket".
