Hi John,
I see this question was posted in French, but as I do not speak French, I was wondering if there will be a vegan option available? (Vegan food contains no animal products of any kind).
Indeed this will be a concern for me for the whole of the conference - what information can you give me in this regard?

Dear Fiona,
I can't guarantee that the restaurant will have a vegan lunch option. I think it would be best if you contact the Maison du Séminaire to explain your dietary restrictions and see if they can accommodate. Otherwise, we can order a lunch from a delivery catering service.
I'll do my best to get a special menu for the gala dinner.
If anyone else has special dietary restrictions, here is the place to post!
