Dear All,
Are there special arrangements for wheelchair users, please, especially in regard to hotels, conference halls and rooms?
If so, is it better to go prior to the conference as to meet there?
Looking forward to hearing from you soon to book for the whole package.
Regards, May

Dear May,

The Maison du Séminaire is wheelchair accessible. They recommend however that you arrive by car because the entrance is up a small but steep hill.

Best,

John
