How to sign up to the ProZ hosting?

Good morning/afternoon/evening

It's the third time I've been trying to sign up to the hosting. The name of ProZ subdomain I chose the first time (a year or two ago) is now announced to have been taken, although nothing exists under such a name.

I've changed the subdomain name, but each time I fill in my user name and password and click on "confirm" I get the following message:

Sign up for ProZ.com hosting
Confirm your settings

Error: Error processing hosting signup
Invalid cpanel_user

Please confirm your chosen settings

I click "confirm" and the same message appears on and on...

It happened to me as well at the beginning of the year. I've tried closing my firewall, as well as switching from Firefox to the IE browser - still nothing. NB: Every time I try to sign up, I am a full Platinum Member.

I would be grateful for any help, comments, ideas.

Marcelina, be sure to include the name of the original subdomain you chose in your support request, since it may be possible to set you up with that one if you wish (and it is not actually taken).
