I can't connect to the server either (I just woke up and was taking my first sips of coffee, so I thought I must be causing the problem). I'm going to submit a support ticket. Thanks for speaking up!

We are aware of technical difficulties with hosting. Our systems administration is actively working on this to have it fixed as soon as possible.

Hello Tina,
I agree. As a result of last week's incident, serious steps are being taken to prevent this sort of problem, and to respond more quickly in the event of an outage. Unfortunately the service suffered an outage today while all of this is being put in place.
Once again, my apologies for the inconvenience caused by this, and thanks to everyone for their patience while it was resolved.
