Patricia Rosas   United States Local time: 21:26 Spanish to English + ...	Oct 13, 2010 Hi, everyone: I've submitted a support ticket, but I wanted to ask if anyone is experiencing this problem. I restarted my computer this morning, then I launched Mozilla Thunderbird. I got a message that the login failed. I tried several more times, always getting the same message. So, my first question is whether anyone else is having similar problems? Next, I went to check my web mail. Even though I'm shown as logged in, instead of taking me to the web mail page (or control panel), I got a message that I needed to log in to ProZ; I tried to do that and it rejected my password. This happened to me a while back, so I went to a link I'd gotten to reset the password...but of course, that involves receiving an e-mail message to complete the process, and I can't get my e-mail. So, my second question is whether there is some way I can access the control panel directly or the web mail page (especially since I am logged in already to ProZ). Thanks in advance for any insights! I just realized that there are three payments that have to be made (membership, hosting, and domain). I've just paid the hosting fee. But my passwords are still being rejected.
