I hope anyone can help me about this, here's the story:
I already have a website: www.acrotrans.com but I was interested in the mail part, I'd like to have my own something@acrotrans.com so I created a hosting account and in the domain field I entered "acrotrans.com" but now I can't access the control panel or the webmail because it recognizes the address as my other website... so when it try to access "acrotrans.com/cpanel" I just get a message saying "this page does not exist."
How can I access my control panel so I can pair my gmail account with proz.com mail so I can have my own @acrotrans.com ???
Thanks in advance.

No cpanel...?

cPanel is located at port no. 2082, usually - this means that you can access it either through domain.com:2082 or domain.com/cpanel.
None of these work for your site, which leads me to believe that either your hoster employs a different solution, or they have cpanel acces through another domain (their own, perhaps - one.com does this, for example).
You need to get in touch with your host (Wix?) and ask them to help you out.

I finally fixed one thing, and another problem came up!
Jun 27, 2011
So, I could access my control panel in the end. I figured how to do it but now my website no longer works, anyway that's not the issue right now.
My actual problem is that my new e-mail address achiodiego@acrotrans.com doesn't seems to work. I can send e-mails to whoever I want, but I can't receive e-mails at all... whenever someone tries to e-mail me they just get this:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected achiodiego@acrotrans.com (state 14).
I tried using Outlook 2010 and the webmail... Sending e-mails works in both, but receiving is not working at all.. I don't even get them in my webmail so I know Outlook is not the problem.
Any suggestions out there?
