Can anyone explain me how to install Joomla CMS on ProZ hosting?

I have been reading wikis, manuals and forums for hours with no luck. I am a complete newby on this area I just can't work it out.

Hello
Last time I tried the Standard hosting was too small for Joomla!
Wordpress works fine however, alternatively you might also consider lighter CMSes like PluXml or else - depending on what you need.

ps - if you want to install Joomla!, Wordpress or any other database driven CMS, you need to set up the database first.
