Can anyone explain me how to install Joomla CMS on ProZ hosting?

Hello
Last time I tried the Standard hosting was too small for Joomla!
Wordpress works fine however, alternatively you might also consider lighter CMSes like PluXml or else - depending on what you need.

ps - if you want to install Joomla!, Wordpress or any other database driven CMS, you need to set up the database first.
