It may be too simple questions for you.
I subscribed a domain name through proz.com, but I can not access to control panel and file manager to upload files to server.
I cannot access server through ftp program.
How shall I access all these and create my site?
Do I need a different username and password than my proz.com username for accessing them.
I will appreciate any help.

Orchuulga,

The reason you couldn't access your control panel was that you didn't have a hosting account. You needed to sign up for hosting using the "Sign up now" link under the description of the hosting package you wanted. (You simply registered a domain, without signing up for hosting).

I see that you later signed up for a hosting account, but you chose to use a subdomain rather than your new domain name.

I have changed your hosting account to use your new domain name. You should now be able to access your site using the links on your hosting info page. Log in with the username and password you chose when signing up for your hosting account.
