Hello,

I just signed up for the Proz Hosting Service. I have changed the DNS pointers to the Proz nameservers. I want to upload all my web files to the ftp server before the nameservers are switched. I got a temp account address: http://h1.host.proz.com/~pucoug but when I try to ftp to that, it doesnt work. Can you please help?

Thanks!

Hi pucoug,

You can FTP to h1.host.proz.com, and log in with your hosting account login username and password.

Best regards,
