Hi Jason. Is there any way to forward emails received on a ProZ hosting account to all members of the team? By doing so, every member would know when a client sends an email to the team. For example, any message sent to [email protected] would be automatically forwarded to all our members' private address. Do you think it is technically possible ?

Hi Alain,

To forward email sent to your team address to multiple other email addresses, just set up "forwarders" for that email address. Create one forwarder for each recipient address. For example, to have mail sent to [email protected] forwarded to [email protected] and [email protected], create two forwarders:

[email protected] -> [email protected]
[email protected] -> [email protected]
