Lag Time after publishing web with Front Page?

Hi, all: Hope I didn't miss this info somewhere.

I just published my web page using Front Page. When I clicked on the "see published web page" it sent me to the ProZ page, but the old message, "This web site has not been created yet" is still there.

Is there a lag time between sending the files (publishing) and when the server recognizes that they are available for viewing?
