Hello,

yesterday I received the following message, regarding my e-mail account:

"The account with the username 'flavia', is running out of disk space.
Please remove some files from this account, or ask the administrator to increase your disk quota.
You have currently used 80.46% of your disk space."

I usually download my e-mails using Thunderbird and I selected the option to keep messages on the server in order to download the messages also on ... See more

I usually download my e-mails using Thunderbird and I selected the option to keep messages on the server in order to download the messages also on my Blackberry.

Now I went to my account and selected the option to keep the messages on the server only for 3 days, so everything should be ok in the future.
However, I was unable to delete the old messages on the server. How can I do that?
If I access my e-mail through webmail, my inbox seems to te already empty.
Sorry, I am not very good at these things....
I hope somebody can help me.

Go to MyProz.com > My Website > Control Panel > Mail > Webmail > HORDE

If you have more than one account, go to Mail > manage accounts > youraccounts

There, open the folder SPAM and youll see that you have tons of garbage! There you can empty that folder. I know there is a shortcut for doing this but I don't remember it right now.

I actually could not find the spam folder, but somehow I managed to delete all the messages.
