Dear Proz support team,
I have registered a new domain name 7 days ago, but until now I still can't log in my account to create my new website? I have submitted a ticket, but not receive a response on how to handle with this situation.
What's wrong with it? How many days I can access to my hosting after registration?

Thank you for your help. But I still can't access to my new website.
The error message is as following:
Safari could not open the page “http://xxx.com:2082/” because the server stopped responding.
I will try to do that tomorrow. I hope I can login it.
