I found that job posted some minutes ago and it would fully correspond with my specialisation (Kranbau - crane construction from RU to GE)

The only thing is, I do not use CAT tools, but would it be possible to contact the outsourcer anyway to discuss another option?

In some cases to outsourcer indicates specific requirements that MUST be met by those applying. Others who do not meet the requirements will be unable to see the contact information. These outsourcers are thereby not open to discussing other options, as they themselves set and control the requirements, for whatever reason they deem convenient

There are too prerequisites for this job:
- native speaker of English
- user of SDL Trados
You meet neither of the conditions, so you're not allowed to quote on the job.

The job is for Russian into English AND Russian into German. So the restriction has to be an error, but due to the latest filtering, no German speaker can even notify them. Zuviel des Guten, as they say

On a general note, it's more efficient to contact a Jobs moderator in cases of erroneous job postings than to post in the forum.

What is the reason of some outsources not showing their contact data?

What is the reason of some outsources not showing their contact data?
Outsourcers must provide full and consistent contact details, but they may choose to keep them visible to ProZ.com site staff and moderators. (This doesn't change the fact that service providers should require full disclosure before accepting an assignment.)
Contact details are only shown to those fulfilling the requirements for quoting.

But are seen only by those meeting the requirements.
In this case one of mandatory requirements is "Native language- English"

and German, the job was outsourced for RU-EN and RU-GE.
But, ok. I learned that i have not seen the contact information because I did not meet the requirement : Trados
