Thanks for bringing this to my attention. In effect, Rohingan and Dhivehi languages are not part of the list of languages at ProZ.com. I'll see that they are both added though.
As regards Hazaragi, note that it is a dialect of the Persian language. This is why it was not added to the list of languages (ProZ.com list of language has been built based on the ISO 3-letter coding system).
