Is there a default setting in job postings that prevents the delivery deadline from having the same date as the job posting? There are many occasions on which I have seen urgent jobs (same day delivery sometimes) with a delivery deadline one month from the posting date.

Good point.
There is indeed a default; I'll suggest a change to ProZ.com staff.

Best regards,
Ralf
