I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum for this, but I was wondering...

I entered a client's information on the blueboard, and included their email address, for example, main@whatever.org

Today I received an email from them asking if I could use the address person@whatever.org because the other email address is one that is only checked by a computer technician, and he was not the person in charge of giving more information if necessary and was also not capable (obviously) of acting as a reference for me (for WWA, for example) as I hadn't worked for him.

Is there a way to change the email address for an outsourcer on the blueboard if I added it myself? It's an address from the same domain, simply a different person.
