Slow or no reaction from site staff

Hello,

yesterday morning I posted a message concerning an important job related issue on this forum.
In a first reply a moderator told me that I should send a support ticket to the site staff, so I would surely get an answer. I had already done this by that time, but I still haven't got any reply from the site staff. I even had sent a (very) first message to sourcing the day before with the same question (so I have been waiting for 2 days now).

Is site staff on holiday?
Have you made similar experiences concerning slow or no answers?
I have been assigned to the site staff based in Argentina and I hereby want to express that as a paying member I am not satisfied with that kind of ignoring postings concerning job related issues.

Hi "SteBe",

based on my experience as a long-term Platinum member with support staff, I don't think there is any slow reaction: it's weekend. I presume you have missed the text (bold, red) on top of your ticket window:

Please note that the ProZ.com support staff hours are Monday-Friday, 12:00-21:00 GMT (09:00-18:00 Argentina time), so there may be a delay in the answering of your support ticket. Thank you for understanding.

BTW, for Jobs and Blue Board issues you may want to contact one of the Jobs / BB moderators (please see relative moderators' page) via profile instead.

To be honest, I haven't found responses to be slow on proz. It also helps if you don't limit the respondent to "site staff" and allow qualified moderators to answer too.
