I was just searching the Blue Board, looking for outsourcers I could send my CV to. I had a list of appr. 1000 outsourcers in a specific country, and I thought it would be great if there was the possibility to sort search results, for example "sort by LWA". Then the outsourcers with a "5" would be the first on the list, followed by "4.9", "4.8" etc.
What do you think?

Kind regards,

Hi Katrin, thanks for a great suggestion!

I have added your idea to's to-do list. The sorting method should be carefully evaluated, as there are two different parameters here, the average LWA and the amount of entries.

For instance rating by LWA would present a company with a single "5" entry above one with 99 5-point entries and a single 4-points one.
