Another idea has just come to my mind while thinking of the Blue Board.

I reckon it should work similarly to KudoZ questions:

Whenever someone enters a new agency, other subscribed members would receive an email message that agency rating is requested.

Happens already Jun 6, 2003

Hi Robert,
Whenever someone enters a new agency, other subscribed members would receive an email message that agency rating is requested.

That's already happening - all those who activated BB notification in their profiles receive notification. You can manually re-submit this request after one month, without having to create a new profile.

By the same token, the initial poster would receive an email whenever a new rating is entered for the agency.

That's not yet in there, but a good idea. We'll take it on board and try to implement it the next time we look at BB functionality.

Best regards, Ralf

Ralf, excuse me if I am missing the obvious, but I immediately went to my profile to click on this "activate BB notification" function but couldn't find it anywhere. Can you tell me where to find it?

I believe it is under "Edit your email preferences" and then "OTHER NOTIFICATIONS" and
"Check this box if you are willing to respond to inquiries regarding client payment practices."

There is no direct reference to BB, I believe. At least I cannot find it.

Best regards,

RP

That's exactly where it is.
