Dear ProZ.com Staff,

Frankly, I'm not too good at keeping an eye on my membership renewals and the reminders that I receive via email do help. However, my ProZ reminder came just one week before the expiry date, and since I prefer using PayPal above all, I might not make it, because PayPal is rather slow in processing transfers/payments and in this particular case it will take them *at least a week* to process my transfer from my checking account (I don't like keeping more than $30... Frankly, I'm not too good at keeping an eye on my membership renewals and the reminders that I receive via email do help. However, my ProZ reminder came just one week before the expiry date, and since I prefer using PayPal above all, I might not make it, because PayPal is rather slow in processing transfers/payments and in this particular case it will take them *at least a week* to process my transfer from my checking account (I don't like keeping more than $30 on my PayPal acct.), then God knows how long to process my payment to ProZ.com.

May I suggest these reminders be sent out at least two weeks, if not a month, in advance? That would be great!

You mean you didn't receive any reminders prior to that one?

No, the only reminder I received (yesterday)said, "Membership Level: Platinum
Expires on: July 17, 2003 (1 week from now)"

--Though the 17th is almost 2 weeks from now--
