Hi,

1. Please put a clock on your site indicating
the time. Some jobs have deadlines, but it is
difficult to calculate because I don't know
what time it is at your place.

2. Please send only viewable job offers.
I receive an email whenever a job is posted
at proz. But as I am not a Platinum member,
some of these are not viewable. Please
send me job notifications of only those
jobs which I can view.

Thanks.

Jina Tuladhar

Consider yourself lucky! Aug 17, 2003

Consider yourself lucky!
I am a platinum member, but, no matter what I do, I don't succeed in receiving job postings by email.
I have written numerous times to support but to no avail.
I have not even had the honour of being answered!

Ruth,

Following is the reply sent to your last two support requests. Not surprisingly, given the nature of your problem, you did not get it:

-------------------------
Please contact your ISP

Dear Ruth,

Your ISP, bezeqint.net, is periodically blocking email from ProZ.com with the error message "550 This domain is blacklisted, consult your postmaster". On other occasions, they accept mail from us without any problem. I have contacted your ISP's postmaster to resolving this problem, but I haven't yet received a reply. Please contact the support department at your ISP and ask them to look into this problem. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Regards,
Jason G.

I am also nerved by the mails indicated in topic 2. I would highly appreciate a differenciation between job offers for platinum members and normal members.
During my last post of a job I remarked, that the option "for platinum members only" is the first choice automatically chosen if not indicated differently. In consequence, I received a mail for the job I posted, and was unable to check it due to the restriction "for platinums only".... A joke?
