Ability to mark items in glossaries and Kudoz answers as "My favourite"

I see from my experience that I frequently use "Term search" option on this site. Some terms have numerous plausible translations and from time to time I see that I have problems with remembering which option I have chosen previously. It would be great if there would be an easy option to either add items once chosen to ones own glossary or to mark them as favourite.
I imagine this option similar to marking emails in Gmail where one may mark each email with a star. So this feature could be implemented as a star next to each translation which could be easily clicked to mark favourite option.
I think that it would be of great help in maintaining consistency.
Cheers
Stanislaw
PS: if we would like to make it a bit more complex (and a bit more helpful) I would suggest 2 options for each term - let's say - favourite and deprecated.
