Is there any way of preventing askers from posting their questions exclusively in capital letters? Mention has been made of this in the past. I gather it is largely understood to be quite aggressive. I find this offensive enough in e-mail messages and on site it can get out of hand. And belive me, I DON\'T TAKE OFFENCE EASILY!!!
