I\'m afraid there is not much we can do if the questions are posted badly.



Asking a question properly it\'s a skill, as much as finding an answer, and like many skills is not widely available.



The deserved punishment is to not receive a proper answer.

There should be a \"how to post a GOOD question\" showing examples of good questions and bad ones. Isn\'t that a good idea?

Some reminders about the way a question should be asked could be useful, but I guess the skill for asking questions may be more easily acquired by carefully looking at the questions asked: properly asked questions may be almost as easily recognized as proper answers, and it is not so hard to figure out how you can improve your own questions by looking at other\'s postings.
