I have sent a message to the support team, but they seem to have their hands full these days. I thought I would try this venue instead.

While editing the data in my profile I changed my username, realizing too late that doing so eliminates the ID verification. I immediately reverted to my original username, but the ID verification mark seems gone for good.

Any assistance in getting it back will be greatly appreciated. My ID was verified via credit card purchase of Platinum membership.

Thanks much,
