why do I get an error message when I try answering a KudoZ question?

Hi everybody,

Has this happened to you before? You are about to click the "submit answer" button, have already adjusted your confidence level, typed in your answer and the target term. Just like with all the other questions you have answered before. But you get an error message.

It has happened to me a few times already. At various days, times and language combinations. At other times, it just works without any problem.

Can you help me? Do you have an idea what is wrong here?

It just says -error-. That's all.

I know that if I forget to adjust my confidence level, I will be told to do so. For other errors as well. But with this problem, there is no indication, what the error ist.

I sent a message to tech support, did not get a reply so far.

Hi Ralf,

I just got a reply today. I sent you an email through Proz and the specific link but I did not have a screenshot.
I guess you mean I needed a screenshot taken with a painting program. I will do that next time. This was the second time the problem occured. The first I did not ask for any help. I thought it was not my day

Hi again,
I guess you mean I needed a screenshot taken with a painting program.

Not necessarily - you can copy the contents of an active window into the clipboard using - then you can simply paste that into an empty Word document.

Don't forget to zip it if it's larger than 500KB - thanks.
