I've sent WWA requests to some of my most frequent clients, but none of them has registered on the ProZ website. I've checked with my clients to see if they'd got the request from ProZ, and they've assured me that not only they received it, but they actually created a positive WWA entry for me. Yet nothing has appeared on ProZ.
I was told to send the requests again, and I did so. Nothing. For the second time, my clients filled in the entry and nothing appeared on ProZ.
I'd like to have this problem solved ASAP, since WWA entries are very important for attracting new clients on ProZ and at the moment I'm not being able to take full advantage of them. I simply can't continue to send my clients requests again , again and again hoping that this technical problem will magically solve itself.
